Single reduction Worm Gear Mechanism (Model: M-1R)

SALIENT FEATURES ABOUT DRIVE BOXES:
The fully enclosed enclosure with perfect sealing is made of high quality sheet by welding, which is applicable to both indoor and outdoor environments under the complicated weather condition.

Robust Worm Gear simple design with reliable mechanism to adverse external conditions.

The AC/DC series excited motor and the bidirectional driven worm gear feature a compact structure and high torque transfer.

M-1R Motor operated mechanism is outdoor motor driven mechanism, used in disconnector or earthing switch for opening and closing. It can be used in both remote control and motor driven control or manual operated control in working site. Mechanism operating standard range for rated voltage of motor and control loop is from 85% to 110%. The mechanism is motor driven, torque transmission to mechanism main axis through mechanical speed reducer device. It depends on steel links for disconnector and earthing switch opening and closing in installation. The mechanism is constituted of motor, mechanical speed reducing transmission system, electrical control system and cabinet, etc.

Screw Operating Mechanism (Model: M-Sc)

Robust Screw Operating Mechanism are compatible with high torque.

The AC/DC series excited motor and the bidirectional driven Screw Nut operated feature a compact structure and high torque transfer.

M-SC Motor operated mechanism is outdoor motor driven mechanism, used in disconnector or earthing switch for opening and closing. Double reduction Worm Gear Mechanism (Model: M-2R)

The AC/DC series excited motor and the bidirectional driven double worm gear feature a compact structure and high torque transfer. Double worm gear design with oil filled gearbox so operate smoothly.
